• The service: DAFINA is a social AR story-adventure platform. By using the app you accept these terms.
• Safety first: Play in a safe space. Never use the app while crossing roads, driving, or in hazardous areas. You are responsible for staying aware of your surroundings.
• Fair play: Cheating, result manipulation, or third-party tooling may lead to disqualification or account closure.
• Generated content: Custom stories are AI-generated and safety-filtered; report anything inappropriate immediately.
• Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: we have none, and the commitment rests on four things.
  • Filtering: every text DAFINA generates passes an automated safety filter before anyone sees it, and if the filter cannot run, child-directed content is withheld rather than shown.
  • Reporting: every story, hunt, session and player carries a Report action with eight reasons including child safety, available to guests as well as account holders. Reports reach a human, are triaged within 24 hours, and offending content is removed.
  • Blocking: you can Block any player from the same menu; their name is hidden and you are never placed in a session with them again. Your blocks and reports live in Settings → Safety.
  • Removal: an account that abuses others is suspended, and a suspended account cannot sign in or play. We state the reason on the record, and it can be appealed at the address below.

• Prizes: Subject to each campaign's rules, limited in stock, redeemable once via a signed code at the designated partner within the validity window.
• Purchases: Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under the policies of the store you bought from. Purchases are cosmetic or assists, and purchased assists are switched off in any competition that awards a prize.
• Account: You may delete your account anytime from Settings; your data is removed per the Privacy Policy.
• Changes: We may update these terms and will surface updates in the app.
